Protein-Packed Cookie Dough Balls

Featuring HN-Isolate 100% Whey Protein French Vanilla Wafer



Ingredients:


2 scoops HN-Isolate French Vanilla Wafer protein powder


1 cup almond meal


½ cup almond butter


¼ cup sugar-free maple syrup


¼ cup dairy-free mini chocolate chips




Prep:


1 – Mix protein powder & almond meal in a medium-size bowl


2 – Add in almond butter, sugar-free maple syrup and mix again


3 – When batter reaches cookie-dough consistency, throw in the chocolate chips


4 – Scoop tablespoon-sized portions & roll into balls.


5 – Eat a few… or more.

For the Pancakes


1/3 cup rolled oats

1 scoop HN Java Chip protein powder

2 Tablespoons ground flax seed

1/2 teaspoon sodium-free baking powder

1 egg white

1/4 cup strong brewed cold coffee

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Sweet Filling

1/3 cup low-fat, no-salt-added cottage cheese

1/2 large banana

1/8 teaspoon coffee extract

unsweetened cocoa powder for dusting


Instructions:


For the Pancakes

1. Heat a non-stick skillet to a medium heat.

2. In a small food processor or blender, ground oats into flour.

3. Combine oat flour, protein powder, ground flax, and baking powder in a bowl.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk egg white until frothy.

5. Add coffee to egg whites, stir, and add to dry ingredients.

6. Stir until flour is incorporated.

7. Let batter sit at least 5 minutes before continuing.

8. Spoon batter onto skillet surface, forming 3 medium-sized pancakes.

9. Cook until golden brown with crisp edges.


For the Sweet “Cream” Filling:


Combine cottage cheese, banana, and extract in a small food processor or blender and blend until smooth.


Tiramisu Pancakes

Cinnamon Cereal Overnight Oats

Ingredients:


1 cup Unsweetened almond milk (or low fat milk of choice)

1/2 cup Plain low fat Greek yogurt (or mashed banana, or pumpkin)

1/2 tbs. Cinnamon (or more, to taste)

2 tbs. Baking stevia (or 1/4 cup sweetener that measures like sugar)

1 cup Old fashioned oats

1/4 cup HN Cinnamon Cereal Protein powder


The estimated total time to make this recipe is 5-10 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix all of the ingredients together. Divide between 2 small bowls, mugs, or mason jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or for at least an hour) so the oats soften and absorb the liquid. Top with chopped nuts or topping of choice if desired! Enjoy cold, or microwave for 30-60 seconds to enjoy warm!

Just mix:


1 scoop HN Chain Reaction BCAA

1 scoop HN Rocket Pop Flavor Pod

2-1/2 cups cold water


Pour evenly into a popsicle mold. Freeze & you’re done!
